Remote Access Transparency

We use AnyDesk for remote device interaction. Every connection requires your manual 'Acceptance' on your screen. You have full visibility of the technician's actions in real-time and can terminate the session instantly at any time.

End-to-End Encryption

All data transmitted during a support session is encrypted using standard RSA public/private key exchange and AES (256-bit) session encoding. Your private data stays private.

Global Financial Data

Payments are processed securely via Paystack. While our platform accounting is in USD, your payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors. Flux does not store your credit card or mobile money credentials.

Data Minimization

We only collect information necessary to resolve your issue: device type, brand, and your description of the issue. Chat transcripts are archived for audit and quality assurance purposes only.

Platform Compliance

Flux Resolve operates under the jurisdiction of PauTeCom Technologies Ltd. We comply with global data protection standards including the principle of informed consent for all remote interactions.

Technicians are contractually prohibited from accessing personal files (photos, documents) unless explicitly required for the technical resolution and authorized by the client in real-time.
